This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP and was written in PSPX2, but should work in any version

Tube of choice, I have used the artwork of Keith Garvey, you can purchase his tubes here My PSP Tubes
Scrapkit of choice, I used a free kit by Monica of Simply Sensational Scraps, called 'Black to Grey', you can visit her site Here
Font I have used is Dream Orphans Bold , I'm sorry, I cannot supply this
Supplies (Including Kit and Mask) Here
Filters used - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation, and Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Save the supplied mask to your PSP masks folder
Open a new image, 500x00 and floodfill white
Copy a paper of choice and paste it as a new layer, apply the supplied mask to this layer with these settings

Image

Layers Merge group

Copy and paste your flower of choice, making sure it is centred on your canvas, I resized mine by 50%
and apply your Mura's Meister Copies plugin with these settings

Image

I then gave the flowers a drop shadow of 0,0,100,5 and applied it twice

Copy and paste your frame of choice, resize to your liking, I then rotated the frame right by 15 degrees, then image, mirror
Add a dropshadow of choice, or same as above, and position so that it sit's evenly over the circle of flowers

With your magic wand, click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand, expand by 5
Then copy and paste your paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert and hit delete
Drag this layer under your frame layer

Add your embellishment/s of choice, and give the same dropshadow

Now add your tube, I used my selection tool to remove from just under the tubes knees, then positioned how I liked it
Duplicate your tube layer and drag one of the layers below your frame layer, but above the paper layer

With your eraser tool, on the top tube layer, erase the parts of the tube that are showing over the frame (see my tag above for reference)

On the bottom tube layer, erase the parts of the tube that are showing underneath on the outside of the frame, give this layer a dropshadow the same as above

Add your copyright, watermark and name
For my name I gave an inner bevel with these settings

Image

and applied a gradient glow with these settings

Image

'X' out your blank background, mask layer and flower layer and merge visible, layers, view all
'X' out your top layer you just merged and your flower layer and merge visible, layers, view all
Select your flowers layer and duplicate to a total of 3 layers

Apply Xenofex Constellation to each flower layer with these settings

Image

Now to Animate

'x' out your top 2 flower layers, copy merged and paste into anishop as a new animation
now 'x' out your top and bottom flower layers, with your middle layer visible, copy merged and paste into anishop after current frame
'x' out your middle and bottom flower layers with your top layer visible, copy merged and paste into anishop after current frame
Play your animation to check that you are happy with it, if you are, save as a gif and your done

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial
