This tutorial was written in PSPX2 for those with a working knowledge of PSP
Tube of choice, I have used one from Joel Adams, you can purchase his tubes & a license to use them here CILM
Scrapkit of choice, I used a paid kit by me called 'Tanaya's own Fairytale' you can purchase it from The Scrappin Divaz Designz or Aussie Scrap Designs
Font I have used is Paradise Script Two, I am unable to supply this
Mask I have used is by Creative Desires
You can download the mask Here
Filter optional, I used Eyecandy 4000, gradient glow, sorry but I cannot supply this either
Let's Begin
Open your supplies in PSP
Open a new image, 600x600 and flood fill white
Copy and paste your paper of choice, apply your mask to the paper layer with these settings

Go to layers, merge group
Open another paper of choice and set as a pattern in your materials palette
Now click on your shapes menu and select your ellipse shape with the following settings

Add a drop shadow of choice
Open another paper of your choice
With your magic wand, click inside your circle, now go to selections, modify, expand, I expanded by 15, then click ok
Add a new raster layer, then copy your paper and paste 'into selection'
Drag this layer below your circle layer
Leaving the circle selected, copy and paste your tube of choice, position to your liking, then go to selections, invert and hit delete.
Then go to selections, select none
Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube
Move the tube layer below your circle but above your paper, then go to layer properties and lower the opacity of the tube to your liking.
'X' our your mask and blank layer, and merge visible
Open your flower bunch of choice and resize to your liking, then place it on the above right hand side of your cirle
Add a drop shadow of your choice
Go to layers, duplicate layer. Now go to image, mirror
'X' out all layers other than the layers with your flowers and merge visible
Duplicate this layer and go to image, flip, now merge visible again
Drag this layer below your circle layer
Copy and paste a bird and unicorn of choice from the kit, re-size and place to your liking, give them a dropshadow
Copy and paste your tube of choice, re-size and place to your liking, give a dropshadow
Now add your copyright and water mark
I then merged the layers as below

Add your name, I gave the name a gradient glow with the below settings

with the colour set at #e04198. I then gave it an inner bevel with these settings

Then I repeated to above gradient glow settings
Layers, merge, merge all flatten and your done!
I hope you enjoyed my tutorial and I would love to see your results
