PSP – I used X2 but will work in any version
Tube of choice
Font of choice I used Algerian
Scrap Kit Going Dottie at Misfits Scraps HERE
Mask of Choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Carson Vinson you will need to purchase a license to use his work and can be purchase from HERE
Okay let’s get started
Layers open a new image 600 X 600 (we can resize later)
Open scrap kit and choose paper I used Paper 8 or
If you want something different
New layer choose color and click Flood Fill Tool
Layer –New Mask Layer find Mask of choice
Select Ok
Merge – Merge group
Embellishments of choice or I choose Flower 8 resize by 50 then 75 %
Effects – Drop Shadow

Duplicate and arrange in circle pattern.
Select tube of choice Copy – Paste add drop shadow
Select Text Tool Add your text of choice
I used Algerian
FG White
BG aca288
Size 72
Stroke 1
Then add Drop Shadow of choice I used

Add and copy write and your name or watermark. Resize and crop.
Save and your done!
