This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies

Tubes of choice, I have used the gorgeous work of Elias Chatzoudis, you can purchase his tubes here My PSP Tubes
Please do not use his tubes unless you have a license to do so
Scrapkit of choice, I used a mini kit made be me, you can download this kit Here
Font I used is Scrap Calligraphy, I'm sorry but I cannot supply this
Mask of choice, I have supplied the one used in this tut, if this is your please let me know and I will credit you or take it down
Filters used - Penta, colour dot, Eyecandy 400, Gradient Glow & Animation Shop (Optional)

Let's Begin :)

Open your supplies and tube of choice in PSP
Open a new image, 500x500, flood fill white
Layer, new raster layer, flood fill with a colour of choice, I used #7e1953
Apply the mask supplied, invert checked, layers, merge, merge group

Open the frame from my kit, colourize to match your tube if you need to, resize to your liking and add a dropshadow of choice
I used 2,-2,50,3 and then -2,2,50,3

With your magic wand, select inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 10
Layers new raster layer, flood fill your selection with another colour to suit your tube, I used #f2a1b6, selections, select none
Drag this layer below your frame layer, I then lowered the opacity to 60
Remaining on this layer, apply your Penta Colour Dot filter with these settings

Image

Using your magic wand again, select inside your frame layer, selections, modify, expand by 10
Copy and paste your tube of choice and position to your liking, selections, invert and hit delete
Give your tube a dropshadow of choice, I used the same settings as above, then drag the tube layer below both the frame and circle layers

Add a saying of your choice, I chose 'Want a Ride??' and had my foreground set to nil and background colour was #7e1953
I gave it an inner bevel with the following settings

Image

I then gave a gradient glow with the following settings

Image

Colour #f2a1b6

Layers, merge all flatten

Now add your tube of choice, resize and position to your liking, I then applied the same dropshadows as above to the tube
Add your copyright, name and watermark, if you do not wish to animate your tag then you can now save a jpeg and you are done :)

To Animate

'X' out your tube layer only and merge visible layers

With your tube layer visible again, duplictate your tube to 3 layers

Leaving the bottom, original layer as is, select your copy of the original, go to image, free rotate and use these settings

Image

Select your top layer of the tube and apply these settings

Image

You may need to play around with the placement of each tube layer so they will appear to rock more naturally when animated
I moved the second and third copies slightly down and over to the left a tiny bit, leaving the original layer as is

Take each layer starting with the bottom original tube layer visible, over to animation shop, once you have all three layers pasted after each other, repeat these steps,
but this time start from your final top layer and work your way down to the original layer, pasting each after the current frame

Go to edit, select all, then animation, frame properties and change this to a speed of your choice, I chose 15
Play your animation and if you are happy with the results, save as a gif and you are done :)
If you are not happy, then this is the bit where you will need to play around with the placement of each tube layer in PSP and then try it again in animation shop

Thank you for trying my tutorial and I hope you enjoyed it
Any resemblance to another tutorial is totally coincidental and unintentional
