This tutorial was written in PSPX2 for those with a working knowledge of PSP
Tubes of choice, I have used 3 from Dean Yeagle, you can purchase his tubes & a license to use them here CILM
Scrapkit of choice, I used a paid kit by Amy from Scrappin Divaz called 'Monkey See, Monkey Do', you can purchase her kit Here
Font I have used is 2peas Beef Broccoli, I'm sorry but I cannot supply this
You can download the mask I have used Here
Let's Begin
Open your supplies in PSP
Open a new image, 500x500 and flood fill white
Copy and paste your paper of choice, apply your mask to the paper layer with these settings

Layers, merge group
Copy and paste your frame, resize and give a dropshadow of choice, I used 0,0,100,8
Duplicate this layer and position as in tag above
Copy and paste your ribbon, resize to fit between the two frames and position so it connects the bottom of the frames, add the same drop shadow as above
Duplicate the ribbon layer and position so it connects the tops of the frames
I then used my eraser tool to take away some of the connectors so it looks like they pierce through the frame
With your magic wand, click inside both frame layers, selections, modify, expand by 10
Copy and paste your paper of choice, selections, invert, delete, selections, select none, drag this layer beneath your frames layers
I then changed the Hue and Saturation with these settings

Using your magic wand again, click back inside one side of frames, and expand as in the settings above
Copy and paste your tube of choice, selections, invert, delete, selections, select none, drag this layer below the frame layer but above the paper layer
give a drop shadow of choice
Repeat these steps on the other side of your frame with another tube of choice
'X' out your blank background and mask layer, merge visible, and place your frames up towards the top of the canvas, layers, view all
Copy and paste your main tube of choice, resize and position to your liking, add the same dropshadow as above
Copy and paste the frog from the kit, resize and position to your liking, again the same dropshadow as above
With your preset shape tool, settings as below, draw out your speech bubble

Foreground black, background nil, when happy with size and placement, convert to raster layer
Using your magic wand again, click inside your shape, selections, modify, expand by 2
Layers, new raster layer, and flood fill the selections with white, selections, select none, drag this below your speech bubble layer
Add your thought of choice to the speech bubble, I used 'Exactly how many of these am I expected to kiss???'
Now add your copyright, watermark and name
For the name I added a gradient glow with these settings

The colour I used was #7fb72d
Save as a .jpeg and your done
I hope you enjoyed my tutorial
