This tutorial was written in PSPX2, but should be compatible with most other versions
This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies
Tube of choice, I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis, to purchase his tubes and a license to use his work, you need to go here My PSP Tubes
Scrapkit of choice, I used a PTU kit called 'Raspberry Creme', and also the frebbie kit that goes with it, from Baby Cakes Scraps,
which you can purchase and download Here
Font of choice, I used Saginaw Bold, I'm sorry, I cannot supply this
Download Supplies (template and diamond circle) from Here
Plugins Need - Mura's Meister, Copies & Eyecandy 4000, Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open all of your supplies in PSP

Open a new image 550x550 and floodfill white
Copy and paste your flower, I resized mine by 50%, apply your Mura's Meister - Copies filter with these settings to the flower

Image

Give a dropshadow of 1,-1,100,1 and then -1,1,100,2

Copy and paste your supplied circle template, copy and paste your supplied diamond template
Add a gradient glow to the circle layer with the below settings, colour I used was #fbe0af

Image

With your magic wand, click inside your circle layer, add a new raster layer
Open your paper of choice, I resized mine as below

Image

Now copy and paste your paper, making sure to paste it 'Into the selection', selections, select none
Drag this layer below your frame layer

'x' out your blank background, layers, merge visible, then place it up closer to the top of your tag, layers, view all

Choose your second paper and resize using these settings

Image

Now copy and paste this paper onto your background layer

Copy and paste your flowers, I then resized them by 70%, all layers unchecked
position them to sit on the bottom of the circle and give the same dropshadows as above

Copy and paste your tube of choice, I resized mine by 80%, all layers unchecked, and position to your liking, give the same dropshadows as above

Copy and paste your butterflies or embellishments of choice, resize and position to your liking

I then gave them a gradient glow, same settings and colour as before

Layers, new raster layer, selections, select all, selections, modify, select selection borders and use the below settings

Image

Flood fill with a colour to match your tube, I used #850d59, I then gave it an inner bevel with these settings

Image

Selections, select none, I then gave a dropshadow of 0,0,100,5 to the frame

Add your copyright, watermark and name

For the name, the colour I used was #850d59 and then gave a gradient glow with the same settings as above

Layers, merge, merge all/flatten

Save as a .jpeg and your done! I hope you enjoyed my tutorial and I would love to see your results
