This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP and was written in PSPX2, but should work in any version

Tube of choice, I have used the artwork of Delia Fraser, you can purchase her tubes here My PSP Tubes
Scrapkit of choice, I used a fabulous paid kit called 'Feltsation' by Cathy Cher and Ellen Massey of Scrapsational Scraps, you can purchase their kit Here
You will need to scroll down to the blog archive and click on the month of April
Font I have used is Whisper, I'm sorry, I cannot supply this
Mask used Here I'm not sure where I got this from, if this is yours please let me know and I will either credit you or take it down
Filters used - Eyecandy 4000, Gradient Glow
Butterfly Animations you can download from Peachie's Collection, under 'Bugs' Here

Let's get started

Save the supplied mask to your PSP masks folder
Open a new image, 550x550 and floodfill white
Copy a paper of choice and paste it as a new layer, apply Mask_097 to this layer with these settings

Image

Layers, merge group, I then changed the hue and saturation to these settings

Image

Copy and paste your frame of choice, I then changed the hue and saturation to the below settings

Image

Give a dropshadow, I used 0,0,100,5 and applied it twice
With your magic wand, click inside your frame, selections, modify, expand by 10
Copy and paste your paper of choice, selections, invert and hit delete, drag your paper layer under the frame layer
I then changed the hue and saturation of the paper to these settings

Image

Copy and paste the heart embellishment, resize and place to your liking, I pasted the heart again and resized it slightly smaller, add a dropshadow

Copy and paste your tube of choice
Duplicate your tube layer and drag one of the layers below your frame layer, but above the paper layer

With your eraser tool, on the top tube layer, erase the parts of the tube that are showing over the frame (see my tag above for reference)

Give the bottom tube layer a dropshadow the same as above

Now add your name, copyright and watermark, layers merge all/flatten

For the name, I gave it an inner bevel with these settings

Image

I then applied a gradient glow with these settings

On to the animations

Open your butterfly animations in animation shop, edit, select all
copy your tag in PSP and paste into anishop
Duplicate your tag to 15 frames, edit, select all
drag the first frame of one of the butterfly animations and place to your liking on the first frame of your tag, then drop it
repeat the above steps for your second butterfly animation

Play your animation to ensure you are happy with it, then save as a .gif and your done!

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial
