This tutorial was written in PSPX2 (but should work in other versions), for those with a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies

Tubes of choice, I have used the art of Suzanne Woolcott, you can purchase her tubes here GORJUSS ART
You must not use her work unless you have a license
Scrapkit of choice, I used a fabulous PTU kit called 'Angel Christmas' by Shell, you can purchase this kit here SHELL'S SCRAPS
Font I have used is Dear Santa normal, I'm sorry but I cannot supply this

Lets' Begin :)

Open your supplies and tubes in PSP
Open a new image 550x550, flood fill white
Open a frame of choice from your kit, copy and paste as a new layer, add a dropshadow of choice, I used 0,0,100,10
Select inside your frame, modify, expand by 5
Open a paper of your choice, I resized mine to 400 x 400 pixels, copy and past as a new layer
Selections, invert and then hit delete. Move this layer under your frame layer

Duplicate both the frame and paper layers, 'X' out all layers except the duplicated frame and paper layers
(making sure the duplicated paper is under the duplicated frame) then merge visible, duplicate the merged frame and paper
Now select one of the duplicated layers, go to image, free rotate, and rotate left 25%, select the other duplicated layer and rotate it right 25%
Go to you layers menu and select arrange, view all. Make sure your duplicated frames are below the original frame and paper layers

Select your first tube, copy and paste as a new layer, give a drop shadow of choice, duplicate the tube and arrange so that one layer is above the frame
and the other is below the frame (but above the paper layer). Now with your eraser tool, on the top tube layer, delete the parts of your tube that you don't want hanging over
(I deleted the feet and bottom of the dress). Select your bottom tube and delete the sections of the tube that are hanging out under the frame. (See above tag for reference)

Once you are happy with the placement of your tube, 'X' out the white background and merge visible

Copy and paste the embellishments of your choice ( I chose the snowflakes) and arrange under/around the frames, resize to your liking, I did not give these a drop shadow

Now add another tube of your choice, resize and arrange to your liking, and give the same drop shadow as before

Add any other embellishments you would like around the frame, giving a dropshadow to each of these as well

Now 'X' out your white background again and merge visible, duplicate this layer
Select the bottom layer and then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, and set it at 20, hit ok
Duplicate the blurred layer. Go to layers, view, view all, and then merge, merge all, flatten

Now add your text of choice and give a slight drop shadow, I used 2,-2,70,2 and changed the colour to #662f2f

Add your name, copyright and watermark, save a jpeg and your done

Thank you for trying my tutorial and I hope you enjoyed it
Any resemblance to another tutorial is totally coincidental and unintentional
