Supplies Needed
PSP – I used X2 but will work in any version
Tube of choice
Font of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Caron Vinson you will need to purchase a license to use this work.

Please do not use this tube unless you have a license to use.
The Scrap Kit is Spring Fling from Sabre
You will find it .. HERE
Okay let’s get started
Layers open a new image 600 X 600 white background
(we can resize later)
Copy and Paste frame 1 resize then duplicate twice
With Magic Wand click inside –Selections-Modify-Expand by 3
Copy and paste paper of choice
Select – Invert – Delete
Bring paper down under frame
Repeat this with the other 2 frames with your choice of papers
Click back onto frame 1 and choose your tube – copy and paste as new layer
Move it around to you have it in position you prefer.
Select – Invert – Delete – Deselect. Bring tube under frame.
Do this with the other 2 frames with your choice of tube/s.
Copy and paste SpringFling1 above white layer – resize - then duplicate – Mirror
Copy and Paste – SpringFlingFaeryDustSabre, above background.
Duplicate – Mirror .
Add any other embellishments you like or refer to mine above.
Add a light drop shadow to all.
Add your © and your name or watermark. Resize and crop.
Save and your done!
ANIMATION
If you would like to animate your tag then this is what I have done…
Click on your twinkle raster the one above the background raster
Effect – Exfeno 2- Constillation with these settings:
Then Copy merged, paste in Animation shop
Click back into PSP click Undo then
Effect – constellation then click the random seed button – ok
Copy and paste after current frame in Animation shop
Do this again then till we will have 3 frames.
Click on the first frame then Edit – Select All
Click View Animation button to view.
Save as a gif and we are done
