Supplies Needed
PSP – I used X2 but will work in any version
Animation Shop
Tube of choice
Font of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Ismael Rac you will need to purchase a license to use this work.
You can be purchase from HERE
Please do not use this tube unless you have a license to use.
Scrap Kit or supplies of choice
Scrap kit used Happy Valentine by TAMMY

Okay let’s get started
Layers open a new image 600 X 600 (we can resize later)
Select frame 2 Copy –paste as New Layer
and resize by 50% give this a Drop Shadow
With magic wand click inside the frame then
Selections-Modify-Expand by 4
Select paper 2 or choose one of your own
Image-Resize
Edit – copy –Paste as a New Layer
Selections – Invert – Delete
Select None or use (Ctrl + D)
Place under frame give this - light Drop Shadow
Select Doodle 1 –Resize
Layers - Duplicate - then Image – Mirror
Duplicate this layer again then Layers Merge- Merge down
Then Duplicate this twice so we now have 3 layers of the Doodles
Rename the layers Doddle 1, Doddle 2 ,Doddle 3
Click on original layer (1)
Adjust – Adjust/Remove Noise – Add Noise with these settings
Click on 2nd Doodle layer and Add Noise and increase Noise to 35
Do the same again for the last layer and increase Noise to 40
Open Bow 2, flowers 3 & 4 resize to your liking and copy and paste as new layers.
Open tube of your choice resize see my tag for placement add a drop shadow.
Add your © and your name or watermark.
How to Animate
Close the top 2 Doodle layers
Open layer Doodle 1 making sure you have this highlighted
Edit - Copy Special – Copy Merge
Now comes the fun part have Animation Shop Open.
ANIMATION
Now Right Click in Animation Shop and paste as a New Animation.
Then back to PSP
Close tout the bottom layer then click on the Doodle 2 layer –making sure this is highlighted open
Edit - Copy Special – Copy Merge
Go to Animation Shope Edit – Paste - After Current Frame
Okay back to PSP
Close out Doodle 2 layer
Click on the Doodle 3 layer –making sure this is highlighted open
Edit - Copy Special – Copy Merge
Go to Animation Shop Edit – Paste- After current frame
Edit – Select All
View – View Animation
To resize your Animation
Animation – Resize Animation – I usually resize mine by 75%.
Save as a Gif and your done!
