This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed
PSPX2 (any version should work)
Tube of Choice - I used the gorgeous art of Elias Chatzoudis.
You can purchase his artwork here My PSP Tubes
Font of choice - I used 'All Hooked Up' and 'Cataneo BT'
Scrap kit embellishments of choice - I used a beautiful free kit called 'Sea' from Design By Schaarka
You can download these kits from her blog here Design by Schaarka under 'freebies
Please leave some love and appreciation for the kit
Filter needed - PSP filter, Distortion, Ripple
Photography of water and sand both available Here
Thankyou to April Milam for allowing me to share her beautiful photography
Mask by Creative Desires
Supplies Here

Let's get started
Open a 500 x 500 Image, flood fill white
Open your supplies, tube and scrap kit, minimize for now
Open your sand photo, copy, paste as a new layer onto your white background
Layers, load save mask from disk, select CreativeDesiresMask44 from the dropdown menu, invert unchecked, ok
layers merge, merge group, resize mask by 120%

Open a new Image 500 x 550, flood fill white, copy mask layer on original image and paste onto new blank image, position towards the top,
this is to make sure you will have room to add your name later

Select a foreground color from your tube, I used #5571af
Select your ellipse tool, stroke 15, foreground as above, background nil, draw out a circle slightly smaller than the sand (see my tag for reference)
Convert to raster, drop shadow of choice, I used 0,0,100,5

With your magic wand select inside the circle frame, selections, modify, expand by 10, layers, new raster layer, flood fill white, selections, select none
Drag this white circle beneath your circle frame layer, on your white circle, copy and paste your embellishments of choice, arrange and resize to your liking, add a drop shadow to each
I used 1,-1, 100,5. 'X' out all layers except your embellishments, layers, merge, merge visible, lower the opacity to 50

make your circle frame active again, and click inside with your magic wand, selections, expand by 10, copy and paste your water photo over the frame
selections, invert, delete, selections, select none, move this layer under your frame and lower the opacity to around 85, move your embellishment layer on top of the water layer
It should now look as though the embellishments are under the water

Select your ellipse tool again, foreground color doesn't matter, background nil, line width 1, draw out a circle slightly larger than the circle frame
Do not convert to raster, click on your text tool, foreground nil, background color to suit your tube, I used the same as I used for the frame.
Font of choice, I used 'All Hooked Up'
Now type out your saying of choice, I used 'Our memories of the ocean will linger on, long after our footprints in the sand are gone'
Play with the font size until your happy with it's position, when happy, do not convert to raster, instead, look over at your layer layers palette
click on the '+' sign next to the layer with your saying and it will drop down to show your ellipse shape, 'x' out the ellipse shape and select the top
layer with your saying and convert to raster. Inner bevel and drop shadow of choice

Add your tube of choice and resize to your liking, add a drop shadow of choice, I used -2,2,60,2
If you are using the same tube as me, grab your rectangular selection tool and select from about half way down from the
pouring water and include the puddle at the bottom, hit delete, selections, select none
Add your copyright info, watermark, name etc For the name I used the font Cataneo BT, foreground nil, background same as above

Now we need to clean up the layers a bit
'x' out all layers except your white background, mask, and water, merge, merge visible, layers view all,
now 'x' out your top layer and water layer, layers, merge, merge visible, your layer palette should not look something like this

Image

layers, view, view all. Select your water layer and duplicate 3 times for a total of four layers
Leave your original water layer as is, select the layer above it and go to effects, distortions effects, ripple and apply these setting

Image

Now select the 3rd layer and apply the same settings, but this time changing the wavelength to 32
Repeat for the 4th layer but change the wavelength to 34

Now to Animate
With all layers visible, 'x' our all water layers bar your original, copy merged and paste into animation shop
Repeat for each water layer, making sure to paste each 'after current frame' in animation shop
In animation shop, go to edit, select all, animation then frame properties, I changed these to 20 but you can decide for yourself how you like it
Play your animation and then save as 'gif' and your done

Thank you for trying my first tutorial and I hope you enjoyed it
Any resemblance to another tutorial is totally coincidental and unintentional
